一、進(jìn)口杠桿浮球式疏水閥產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介:
德國(guó)《LOCKE》洛克-進(jìn)口杠桿浮球式疏水閥是利用浮力原理和杠桿原理,通過(guò)液位的變化使浮球上升或下降,浮球驅(qū)動(dòng)著杠桿使得閥瓣離開(kāi)或接觸閥座達(dá)到開(kāi)啟排水和關(guān)閉阻汽的作用。采用自動(dòng)排空氣閥,能自動(dòng)排除不凝結(jié)氣體,非常靈敏,工作質(zhì)量高,使用壽命長(zhǎng)。連續(xù)排水,有水即排,最小過(guò)冷度為 0℃。杠桿浮球式疏水閥采用兩種結(jié)構(gòu)方式 A:?jiǎn)伍y座-杠桿浮球; B:雙平衡閥座-杠桿浮球。
單閥座:需要克服介質(zhì)壓力對(duì)閥座的作用,閥座的孔徑不能很大,適用于小型設(shè)備、伴熱管線,蒸汽主管等排水小的場(chǎng)合。閥座孔設(shè)計(jì)在凝結(jié)水水位以下,自然形成水封,水、汽自然分離,達(dá)到無(wú)蒸汽泄漏,即便沒(méi)有凝結(jié)水采用球型密封的杠桿使得閥瓣緊貼閥座,達(dá)到無(wú)新鮮蒸汽的泄漏。不受凝結(jié)水量波動(dòng)和溫度的影響。
雙平衡閥座:該閥利用雙閥孔設(shè)計(jì),介質(zhì)的壓力對(duì)兩個(gè)閥座作用相等,方向相反,介質(zhì)壓力對(duì)閥座作用相抵消,閥芯在開(kāi)閥時(shí)壓力相對(duì)減少,從而獲得超大排量。工作時(shí)浮球隨閥腔內(nèi)液體位的變化而上下浮動(dòng),帶動(dòng)杠桿打開(kāi)或關(guān)閉閥座。由于閥座孔在凝結(jié)水水位以下,形成水封,水、汽自然分離,達(dá)到無(wú)蒸汽泄漏。不受壓力、溫度、冷凝水流量波動(dòng)的影響。

The floating ball drives the lever to make the valve disc leave or contact the valve seat to open drainage and close steam blocking. The automatic air exhaust valve can automatically remove non condensable gas, which is very sensitive, with high working quality and long service life. Continuous drainage, drainage when there is water, the minimum subcooling is 0 ℃. Lever floating ball type steam trap adopts two structural modes: A: single seat lever floating ball; B: double balanced seat lever floating ball.
Single valve seat: it is necessary to overcome the effect of medium pressure on the valve seat. The hole diameter of the valve seat should not be large. It is suitable for small equipment, heat tracing pipeline, steam main pipe and other occasions with small drainage. The valve seat hole is designed below the condensed water level to form a water seal naturally. The water and steam are separated naturally to achieve no steam leakage. Even if there is no condensed water, the ball type sealing lever is used to make the valve disc close to the valve seat to achieve no fresh steam leakage. It is not affected by the fluctuation of condensation water and temperature.
Double balanced valve seat: the valve is designed with double valve holes. The pressure of the medium acts on the two seats equally, and the direction is opposite. The pressure of the medium acts against the valve seat, and the pressure of the valve core is relatively reduced when the valve is opened, so as to obtain a large displacement. During operation, the floating ball floats up and down with the change of liquid level in the valve chamber, which drives the lever to open or close the valve seat. As the valve seat hole is below the condensed water level, water seal is formed, and water and steam are separated naturally, so that there is no steam leakage. Not affected by pressure, temperature and condensate flow fluctuation.

四、進(jìn)口杠桿浮球式疏水閥安裝方法:
1、在安裝疏水閥之前一定要用帶壓蒸汽吹掃管道,清除管道中的雜物。
2、疏水閥前應(yīng)安裝過(guò)濾器,確保疏水閥不受管道雜物的堵塞,定期清理過(guò)濾器。
3、疏水閥前后要安裝閥門(mén),方便疏水閥隨時(shí)撿修。
4、凝結(jié)水流向要與疏水閥安裝箭頭標(biāo)志一致。
5、疏水閥應(yīng)安裝在設(shè)備出口的最低處,及時(shí)排出凝結(jié)水,避免管道產(chǎn)生汽阻。
6、如果設(shè)備的最低處沒(méi)有位置安裝疏水閥,應(yīng)在出水口最低位置加個(gè)反水彎(凝結(jié)水提升接頭),把凝結(jié)水位提升后再裝疏水閥,以免產(chǎn)生汽阻。
7、疏水閥的出水管不應(yīng)浸在水里。(如果浸在水里,應(yīng)在彎曲處鉆個(gè)孔,破壞真空,防止沙土回吸。)
8、機(jī)械型疏水閥要水平安裝。
9、蒸汽疏水閥不要串聯(lián)安裝。
10、每臺(tái)設(shè)備應(yīng)該各自安裝疏水閥。

4. The direction of condensate flow shall be consistent with the arrow sign of drain valve installation.
5. The drain valve shall be installed at the lowest part of the equipment outlet to discharge the condensate in time to avoid steam resistance of the pipeline.
6. If there is no drain valve installed at the lowest position of the equipment, a backwater bend (condensate lifting joint) shall be added at the lowest position of the water outlet, and the drain valve shall be installed after the condensate level is raised to avoid steam resistance.
7. The outlet pipe of the drain valve shall not be immersed in water. (if immersed in water, drill a hole at the bend to break the vacuum and prevent the sand from being sucked back.)
8. The mechanical drain valve shall be installed horizontally.
9. Do not install steam traps in series.
10. Each equipment shall be equipped with its own drain valve.
