寧夏皇蔻酒莊有限公司位于寧夏賀蘭山東麓釀酒葡萄甘城子核心小產(chǎn)區(qū),地處110國(guó)道1288公里向南700米。酒莊建設(shè)項(xiàng)目“寧夏皇蔻葡萄與葡萄酒產(chǎn)學(xué)研綜合樓”集辦公、生產(chǎn)、科研等功能于一體。項(xiàng)目建設(shè)和設(shè)備總投入為3500余萬元。800畝葡萄基地的種植投入為1600余萬元,總投資近5100萬元。
Ningxia Huangkou Winery Co., Ltd, is located in the core wine producing area of Helan Mountain, Ningxia, and is located 700 kilometers south of the 110 National Road. The winery construction project “Ningxia Huangkou Grape and Wine-Production and Research Comprehensive Building” integrates functions of office, production and scientific research. The total investment in project construction and equipment is more than 3500 million yuan. The planting investment of the 800 acres grape base is more than 1600 million yuan, and the overall investment is nearly 5100 million yuan.
酒莊規(guī)劃審批建設(shè)用地9.6畝,其土地性質(zhì)全部為其他商輔用地?;兽a(chǎn)學(xué)研綜合樓占地5畝,剩余儲(chǔ)備的建設(shè)用地充分考慮了酒莊日后發(fā)展的需要。酒莊三面被葡萄園環(huán)繞,其建筑結(jié)構(gòu)和設(shè)施配套以釀造優(yōu)質(zhì)葡萄酒為核心功能開展。其建筑基地面積2400平米,建筑面積為5400平米,充分考慮了生產(chǎn)、釀造、科研、節(jié)能、降耗、減少運(yùn)營(yíng)成本的經(jīng)營(yíng)理念。酒莊一期設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)能力為2200噸,滿足現(xiàn)階段的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)為1600噸,現(xiàn)有不銹鋼發(fā)酵罐67個(gè),橡木桶100多個(gè),地下酒窖600平米,深7米,生產(chǎn)區(qū)域四周布局回字型的獨(dú)立設(shè)備間、科研區(qū)、辦公區(qū)和物料區(qū),這樣既能利用空間又能起到保溫節(jié)能降耗的作用。
The construction land approved by the winery is 1.6 acres, and the land properties are all commercial land. The Huangkou Production, Research and Research Complex covers an area of 0.8 acres, and the construction land for the remaining reserves fully considers the needs of the winery in the future. Surrounded by vineyards on three sides, the winery's architectural structure and facilities are centered on the production of quality wines. Its construction base is 2,400 square meters and its construction area is 5,400 square meters. It fully considers the business philosophy of production, brewing, energy saving, consumption reduction and operation cost reduction. The design capacity of the first phase of the winery is 2,200 tons, which meets the current production operation of 1,300 tons. There are 57 stainless steel fermenters, more than 90 Oak barrels, 600 square meters of underground wine cellar and 7 meters deep. The word-type independent equipment room, office area and material area can not only use the space efficiently, but also play the role of heat preservation, energy saving and consumption reduction.
自有釀酒葡萄基地800畝處于北緯38°04′35″,東經(jīng)105°53′29″。葡萄園里既種植了傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)品種赤霞珠、又有新秀西拉、馬瑟蘭、佩特蒙森。葡萄園畝產(chǎn)600—700公斤。酒莊在葡萄原料的選擇上采用自有基地+農(nóng)戶種植的模式來充分滿足酒莊的生產(chǎn)。自2008年葡萄建園以來尤以西拉和赤霞珠、馬瑟蘭表現(xiàn)最為出色,分別獲得亞洲葡萄酒質(zhì)量大賽金獎(jiǎng),品醇客和布魯塞爾大賽的銀獎(jiǎng)。
The 800 acres of its own wine grape base is at 38°04′35′′N and 105°53′29′′E. The vineyard is planted with traditional varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah, Marselan, and Petit Manseng. The vineyard produces 600-700 kilograms per acres. The winery adopts its own base + farmer cultivation mode to fully satisfy the production of the winery. Since the establishment of the grape in 2008, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon and Marselan have performed the best, respectively, and won the Gold Award in the Asian Wine Competition, the Silver Award in the Decanter World Wine Award and the Brussels International wine Competition.
