功能特點(diǎn)

◇主機(jī)馬達(dá)采用臺(tái)灣系列雙速電機(jī)，機(jī)頭采用多組斜齒輪組合，同步帶輪根據(jù)不同材料轉(zhuǎn)換高、低速，切割扭力強(qiáng)勁，性能穩(wěn)定；

◇配備獨(dú)立液壓站系統(tǒng)，維護(hù)方便，性能穩(wěn)定，整齊，美觀；

◇機(jī)頭主軸配有液壓制動(dòng)器，輔助鋸片在鋒利的狀態(tài)下工作，防止鋸片損壞與蹦刀：

◇配備電互感器，電流（上/下限）控制器，增加鋸片的使用壽命；

◇機(jī)頭采用滑道式推進(jìn)進(jìn)刀，縱削切割，有效保證切割面的平行度；

◇送料采用伺服電機(jī)或油缸送料，切割精度高：

◇油壓系統(tǒng)配置電磁閥、循環(huán)冷卻、部位潤滑，有效提高設(shè)備的使用壽命：

◇超高速鋸切，適用于碳鋼、厚鐵管、銅棒、銅管、型材等多樣材料。

Functional Characteristics

◇ The host motor adopts Taiwan series double speed motor the machine head adopts multiple

sets of helical gear combination, the synchronous belt wheel has the characteristics of high

speed, strong cutting torque and stable perfromance;

◇ Equipped with independent hydraulic station system, convenient maintenance, stable

performance, tidy;

◇ The spindle of the machine head is equipped with a hydraulic brake, and the auxiliary saw

blade works in a sharp state, so as to prevent the saw blade from damaging and jumping up

and down;

◇ Equipped with electric transformer. Current (upper/lower limit) controller, increasing the service

life of the saw blade;

◇ It adopts slide type push feed head, longitudinal cutting, effectively ensure the parallelism;

◇ Feed using servo motor or cylinder feeding, high cutting precision;

◇ The hydraulic system is configured with solenoid valve, circulation cooling and lubrication, which can

effectively improve the service life of the equipment;

◇ Ultra high speed cutting, suitable for carbon steel, copper, brass, thick iron pipes, profiles and other

diverse materials.
