德國洛克《DE LOCKE》進(jìn)口電動(dòng)閘閥簡(jiǎn)單地說就是用電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器控制閥門,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)閥門的開和關(guān)。其可分為上下兩部分，上部分為電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器，下半部分為閥門。

電動(dòng)閘閥分兩種，一種為角行程電動(dòng)閘閥：由角行程的電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器配合角行程的閥使用，實(shí)現(xiàn)閥門90度以內(nèi)旋控制管道流體通斷；另一種為直行程電動(dòng)閘閥：由直行程的電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器配合直行程的閥使用，實(shí)現(xiàn)閥板上下動(dòng)作控制管道流體通斷。通常在自動(dòng)化程度較高的設(shè)備上配套使用,本閥水平安裝調(diào)節(jié)精度佳。

Introduction of imported flange gate valve products:
German Locke "de Locke" imported electric gate valve is simply to use electric actuator to control the valve, so as to realize the opening and closing of the valve. It can be divided into two parts, the upper part is the electric actuator, the lower part is the valve.
There are two kinds of electric gate valves, one is angular stroke electric gate valve: the angular stroke electric actuator is used with the angular stroke valve to realize 90 degree internal rotation of the valve to control the pipeline fluid on-off; the other is straight stroke electric gate valve: the straight stroke electric actuator is used with the straight stroke valve to realize the valve plate up and down action to control the pipeline fluid on-off. It is usually used on the equipment with high degree of automation, and the valve has good horizontal installation and adjustment accuracy.
                                                                                    

進(jìn)口法蘭閘閥設(shè)計(jì)說明:

1，閥蓋墊片形式

Class150閘閥采用不銹鋼石墨復(fù)合墊片；Class300閘閥采用不銹鋼石墨纏繞墊片；Class600閘閥可用不銹鋼石墨纏繞墊片也可采用金屬環(huán)墊片；Class900閘閥采用金屬環(huán)墊片；Class1500/Class2500閘閥采用閘閥采用自壓密封金屬環(huán)。

2，閥體和閥蓋連接形式

栓接閥蓋BB，體蓋焊接BW，自壓密封式閥蓋PS

3,彈簧加載填料沖擊系統(tǒng)

可根據(jù)客戶要求，采用彈簧加載填料沖擊系統(tǒng)提高填料密封的持久性和可靠性。

4，閘板設(shè)計(jì)形式

NPS≤2in（DN50）可采用剛性閘板；NPS≥2in（DN50）可采用彈性性閘板

5，倒密封設(shè)計(jì)

閘閥采用倒密封設(shè)計(jì)，通常情況下，碳鋼閘閥的閥座設(shè)計(jì)采用分離式倒密封結(jié)構(gòu)，不銹鋼閘閥的倒密封式直接加工或者是焊后加工。當(dāng)閥門全開時(shí)，倒密封的密封面非?？煽俊?

6，閥桿設(shè)計(jì)

閘閥閥桿采用整體鍛造工藝制成，閥桿經(jīng)調(diào)質(zhì)及表面氮化處理，有良好的抗腐蝕性、抗擦傷性和耐磨性 ,按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求確定最小直徑，閥桿和閘板采用T型結(jié)構(gòu)連接。

7，閥座設(shè)計(jì)

碳鋼閘閥閥座通常采用鍛鋼材料，閥座密封材料可根據(jù)用戶要求噴焊硬質(zhì)合金?？筛鶕?jù)客戶要求采用分離式螺紋旋入式閥座、焊接閥座及本體直接加工閥座。

8,旁通閥設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)

帶有旁通閥的閘閥在開啟前應(yīng)先打開旁通閥（以平衡進(jìn)出口的壓差及減小開啟力 )。

Design description of inlet flange gate valve:
1. Valve cover gasket type
Class150 gate valve adopts stainless steel graphite composite gasket; class300 gate valve adopts stainless steel graphite spiral wound gasket; CLASS600 gate valve adopts stainless steel graphite spiral wound gasket or metal ring gasket; class900 gate valve adopts metal ring gasket; class1500 / class2500 gate valve adopts self sealing metal ring.
2. Connection form of valve body and valve cover
Bolted bonnet BB, body bonnet welded BW, self pressure sealing bonnet PS
3. Spring loaded packing impact system
According to customer requirements, spring loaded packing impact system can be used to improve the durability and reliability of packing seal.
4. Design form of RAM
For NPS ≤ 2in (DN50), rigid RAM can be used; for NPS ≥ 2in (DN50), elastic RAM can be used
5. Inverted seal design
The gate valve adopts the inverted seal design. Generally, the valve seat of carbon steel gate valve adopts the separated inverted seal structure, and the inverted seal type of stainless steel gate valve is processed directly or after welding. When the valve is fully open, the sealing surface of the inverted seal is very reliable.
6. Valve stem design
The valve stem of gate valve is made by integral forging process. The valve stem has good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and wear resistance after quenching and tempering and surface nitriding treatment. The minimum diameter is determined according to the standard requirements. The valve stem and gate are connected by T-shaped structure.
7. Valve seat design
The valve seat of carbon steel gate valve is usually made of forged steel, and the sealing material of valve seat can be spray welded with cemented carbide according to the requirements of users. According to the customer's requirements, we can use separate screw in valve seat, welded valve seat and body direct processing valve seat.
8. Design structure of bypass valve
The gate valve with bypass valve should be opened before opening (to balance the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet and reduce the opening force).
