進(jìn)口低壓背壓閥產(chǎn)品概述:
德國《DE LOCKE》洛克進(jìn)口低壓背壓閥又稱背壓調(diào)節(jié)器(也叫背壓閥),采用膜片類型,具有高敏的特點(diǎn)。設(shè)計(jì)用來針對對流路進(jìn)行精確的壓力控制。相對于安全閥和普通的背壓閥的粗略壓力控制,其精度更高。進(jìn)口低壓背壓可以控制的*壓力不能超過220PSIG(15Bar),這一點(diǎn)是和膜片的承壓有關(guān)的。
Introduction of imported low pressure back pressure valve products:
German "de Locke" imported low-pressure back pressure valve, also known as back pressure regulator (also known as back pressure valve), adopts diaphragm type, with high sensitivity. It is designed for accurate pressure control of the flow path. Compared with the rough pressure control of safety valve and common back pressure valve, its precision is higher. The maximum pressure that can be controlled by the inlet low pressure back pressure can not exceed 220 psi g (15 bar), which is related to the pressure bearing of the diaphragm.
進(jìn)口低壓背壓閥產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn):
有遠(yuǎn)大于閥座密封面積的超高靈敏度膜片,產(chǎn)生極小的從開啟壓力到再密封壓力壓差,以及杰出的可重復(fù)性。
錐形閥桿保證與石墨填充聚四F乙烯閥座*的配合,不但實(shí)現(xiàn)在所有再密封壓力下氣泡法關(guān)閉,還因材料的低冷流動性而具有在更高交變溫度下更好的閥座密封持久性。
Features of imported low pressure back pressure valve:
The ultra-high sensitivity diaphragm, which is much larger than the sealing area of the valve seat, produces a very small pressure difference from the opening pressure to the re sealing pressure and excellent repeatability.
The tapered stem ensures a perfect fit with the graphite filled polytetrafluoroethylene valve seat, which not only realizes bubble closing under all re sealing pressures, but also has better valve seat sealing durability at higher alternating temperatures due to the low cold fluidity of the material.
