德山積水PVC發(fā)泡助劑助劑Advancell  EM系列是一種新型的特種發(fā)泡劑，可膨脹微球發(fā)泡劑是一種乳白色的微小球狀塑料顆粒，直徑10~45微米。當(dāng)加熱到一定溫度時，發(fā)泡劑的體積可以迅速膨脹增大到自身的幾十倍，從而達(dá)到發(fā)泡的效果。加熱的一定溫度時，熱塑性殼體軟化，殼體里面的氣體膨脹，發(fā)泡劑的體積可以增大到自身得幾十倍，同時核殼結(jié)構(gòu)并不破壞，從而達(dá)到發(fā)泡的效果。

Advancell EM is thermal expandable microsphere with thermoplastic cell containing low boiling point liquid hydrocarbon. When heated, Advancell EM microspheres expands greatly in size; the heat boils hydrocarbon while softens the thermoplastic shell and expands the shell. Because it is hollow balloon, it creates closed cell structure. By selecting the appropriate grade, you can optimize the expansion starting temperature or degree of expansion.
