它具有熱效率高、體積小、出力充足蒸汽品質(zhì)好等特點。

It'sfeatured by high thermal fficiency,smallsize,sufficient power and good steam quality, etc.

經(jīng)過我國權(quán)威，獨立的檢測機(jī)構(gòu)-中國上海特種設(shè)備檢測研究院專家們嚴(yán)格檢測，熱效率可達(dá) 92%以上。

Equipment Inspection,an authoritative and independent testing organization in China, shows that its thermal efficiency can reach more than 92%.

2. 控制系統(tǒng)采用 PLC控制，輕觸一下液晶顯示的觸摸屏，鍋爐所需要的功能一目了然

It adopts PLC control system.

 After you press the LED touch screen slightly,you can see the functions required for boiler clearly.  

并且可以根據(jù)用戶的要求設(shè)定程序，使原本笨重的鍋爐，也能輕松自如的操作。

Besides, procedures can be set according to requirements of users so that you can operate the heavy boiler easily;

3. 鍋爐的燃燒機(jī)選用目前世界上市場占有率很高的意大利百得燃燒機(jī)，

The boiler adopts the Italian BALTUR burner which gainsvery large market share in the world currently.

由于該機(jī)型被世界各國普遍使用 ，

The BALTUR burner has been widely used all over the world,因此備品備件采購很方便，解除了用戶的后顧之憂。

so its spare parts can be purchased easily and users will get nothing to worry about;

4. 考慮到出口國距中國上海路途遙遠(yuǎn)的特殊情況，我公司獨自設(shè)計了撬裝鍋爐。

In view of the special circumstance that the export destination is very far away from Shanghai, China, we designed the skid-mounted boiler independently.這種撬臺式的鍋爐是把一臺臥式鍋爐安裝在一臺平臺上， The horizontal boiler is installed on a platform.

該平臺包括有∶水箱、油箱（燃油鍋爐才有）、分氣缸、軟水器、煙囪并且用管道、儀表、閥門，將鍋爐及輔機(jī)各部件全部連接好，

Including water tank,oil tank(for fuel boil only),cylinder,water softenerand chimney, and all components of the boiler and auxiliary machines are connected well to form a whole by using the pipe lines, instrument and valves.

使之成為一個整體，在出廠前對鍋爐及輔機(jī)進(jìn)行整體調(diào)試，達(dá)到出廠要求后才包裝出廠。 The boiler can be packed and delivered only after overall commissioning of the boiler and auxiliary machines is conducted and reaches the delivery requirements.

5. 該撬裝鍋爐的特點是 Features of the skid-mounted boiler∶

● 完全符合 20 尺集裝箱貨柜的內(nèi)部尺寸要求，使調(diào)試好的撬裝鍋爐裝進(jìn)集裝箱更方便，更安全。 It complies with the internal dimension requirement of 20-feet container completely so the well-commissioned skid-mounted boiler can be put into container in a more convenient and safer way.

● 為出口國用戶節(jié)省了大量的安裝費，材料費及出國調(diào)試費。

Users at the export destination can save a lot of installation expenses, material expenses and commissioning expenses.

● 到達(dá)用戶所在國的工地之后，使用者只需要按照使用要求將水、電、油/氣的接口接駁好，即可

投入運行，極大方便了國外用戶。

After the boiler arives at the site of users at the export destination,usersjust need to connect the water, electricity and oil/gas interfaces according to use requirements so that the boiler is put into use,which brining great convenience to overseas users.

二、 鍋爐的主要功能 Main functions of boiler∶

1、點火前吹掃，防止?fàn)t膛爆燃功能;

Purge before ignition to prevent boiler hearth from deflagration;

2、燃燒機(jī)熄火保護(hù)功能

Flameout protection function of burner;

3、缺水保護(hù)功能（燃燒機(jī)停止工作）;

Insufficient water protection function (Burner stops operating);

4、鍋爐超壓保護(hù)功能（燃燒機(jī)停止工作）;

Overpressure protection function of boiler(Burner stops operating);

5、鍋爐尾部排煙溫度過高保護(hù)功能（報警）;

Protection function of too highexhaust gas temperature at the tail of boiler(Alarm):

6、缺油/氣報警功能;

Insufficient oil/air alarm function;

7、壓力根據(jù)實際需要自由設(shè)定功能;

Fee setting functions of pressure according to actual needs
