石英砂濾料的應(yīng)用

石英砂是重要的工業(yè)礦物原料,廣泛用于污水處理、飲用水處理、循環(huán)水處理、玻璃、鑄造、陶瓷及耐火材料、冶煉硅鐵、冶金熔劑、冶金、建筑、化工、塑料、橡膠、磨料等工業(yè)??善\,火車運輸。


石英砂濾料具體用途表現(xiàn)為:

一、玻璃:平板玻璃、浮法玻璃、玻璃制品(玻璃罐、玻璃瓶、玻璃管等)、光學(xué)玻璃、玻璃纖維、玻璃儀器、導(dǎo)電玻璃、玻璃布及防射線特種玻璃等的主要原料。

二、陶瓷及耐火材料:瓷器的胚料和釉料,窯爐用高硅磚、普通硅磚以及碳化硅等的原料。

三、冶金:硅金屬、硅鐵合金和硅鋁合金等的原料或添加劑、熔劑。

四、建筑:混凝土、膠凝材料、筑路材料、人造大理石、水泥物理性能檢驗材料(即水泥標準砂)等。

五、化工:硅化合物和水玻璃等的原料,硫酸塔的填充物,無定形二氧化硅微粉。

石英砂濾料常用規(guī)格: 

0.5-1.0mm 0.6-1.2mm 1-2mm 2-4mm 4-8mm 8-16mm 16-32mm。

石英砂包裝及貯存

石英砂濾料為編織袋包裝,每袋重50KG25KG或噸袋。石英砂濾料不宜與承托料及其它濾料一起堆放。石英砂濾料和其它濾料不宜與其它有毒有害物品個污染物品一起堆放。不能漏天存放,防塵防污染存放,一般質(zhì)保期為十年。

石英砂濾料標準:

天然石英礦床為原料,經(jīng)開采、破碎、水洗、篩分等加工而成(高純度石英砂經(jīng)酸洗),機械強度高、化學(xué)性能穩(wěn)定符合建設(shè)部(CJ/T43-1999)標準。

石英砂加工流程

工業(yè)上的石英砂原料品位越來越低,為滿足工業(yè)上的需求,可以通過選礦工藝提高其品位。

主要有以下一些提純方法:

1、擦洗脫泥。擦洗是指借助機械力和砂粒間的磨剝力來除去石英砂表面的薄膜鐵、粘結(jié)及泥性雜質(zhì)礦物和進一步擦碎未成單體的礦物集合體,再經(jīng)分級作業(yè)達到進一步提純石英砂的效果。目前主要有棒磨擦洗和機械擦洗。影響擦洗效果的主要因素為擦洗機的結(jié)構(gòu)特點及配置形式;次要因素為擦洗時間、擦洗濃度(擦洗濃度一般以50%—60%為宜)。

2、磁選。磁選主要用于除去石英砂中的磁性礦物,如可以通過強磁性機除去赤鐵礦、褐鐵礦、黑云母等弱磁性礦物,而強磁性礦物如磁鐵礦則可以通過弱磁選機除去。

3、浮選。浮選用于除去石英砂中的長石、云母等一些磁選無法除去的雜質(zhì),進一步提高其純度。

4、酸浸。酸浸是利用石英不溶于酸(HF酸除外),而其它雜質(zhì)礦物能被酸液溶解的特點,可以實現(xiàn)對石英的進一步提純。

5、微生物浸出。是指利用微生物浸除石英砂顆粒表面的薄膜鐵或浸染鐵,這是新近發(fā)展起來的一種除鐵技術(shù)。

 產(chǎn)品包裝:50公斤雙層編織袋包裝,出口噸袋包裝,可按客戶要求進行調(diào)整生產(chǎn)。
