德國《LOCKE》洛克-進口自由浮球式蒸汽疏水閥利用高精度研磨不銹鋼空心浮球在閥腔內(nèi)隨著凝結(jié)水的液位變化開啟或關(guān)閉閥門。該疏水閥的結(jié)構(gòu)比較簡單,主要由浮球和自動排空裝置組成。閥腔內(nèi)唯一的動作元件不銹鋼空心浮球,采用高精度研磨工藝制造,整個球面均可做密封面,工作時無集中磨損,使用壽命長 ; 閥腔內(nèi)無易損件,可靠性高。浮球能根據(jù)水位變化而自由調(diào)節(jié)閥孔的開度,能夠連續(xù)排放凝結(jié)水,過冷度≈0℃，工作效率高。

自動排空裝置分為兩種 :（低壓PN25以內(nèi)）液囊熱敏元件組成和（過熱蒸汽系統(tǒng)）雙金屬片組成。

一、 Brief introduction of imported free floating ball steam trap

German "lock" imported free floating ball steam trap uses high-precision grinding stainless steel hollow ball to open or close the valve with the change of condensate level in the valve chamber. The structure of the trap is relatively simple, mainly composed of floating ball and automatic emptying device. Stainless steel hollow floating ball, the only action element in valve chamber, is manufactured by high-precision grinding process. The whole spherical surface can be used as sealing surface, without centralized wear during operation, with long service life; there is no vulnerable parts in the valve chamber, and the reliability is high. The floating ball can freely adjust the opening of valve hole according to the change of water level, and can discharge condensate continuously. The undercooling degree is about 0 ℃, and the working efficiency is high.

The automatic emptying device is divided into two types: (low pressure within PN25) liquid bag thermal element composition and (superheated steam system) bimetallic sheet composition.

進口自由浮球式蒸汽疏水閥的結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，內(nèi)部只有一個精細研磨的不銹鋼空心浮球，既是浮子又是啟閉件，無易損零件，使用壽命很長。裝置剛起動時，管道內(nèi)出現(xiàn)空氣和低溫冷凝水，手動排空氣閥能迅速排除不凝結(jié)氣體，疏水閥開始進入工作狀態(tài)，低溫冷凝水流進疏水閥，凝結(jié)水的液位上升，浮球上升，開啟閥門。裝置很快提升溫度，管道內(nèi)溫度上升到飽和溫度之前，自動排空氣閥已經(jīng)關(guān)閉；裝置進入正常運行狀況，凝結(jié)水減少，液位下降，浮球隨液位升降調(diào)節(jié)閥孔流量；當(dāng)凝結(jié)水停止進入時，浮球隨介質(zhì)流向逼近閥座，關(guān)閉閥門。自由浮球式蒸汽疏水閥的閥座總處于液位以下，形成水封，無蒸汽泄漏。

The structure of the imported free floating ball steam trap is simple. There is only a fine ground stainless steel hollow floating ball inside, which is not only a float but also a opening and closing part. There is no vulnerable part and the service life is very long. When the device is just started, there is air and low-temperature condensate in the pipeline. The manual air exhaust valve can quickly remove the non condensable gas. The drain valve starts to enter the working state. The low-temperature condensate water flows into the drain valve, the liquid level of the condensate rises, the floating ball rises, and the valve is opened. The device quickly raises the temperature. Before the temperature in the pipeline rises to the saturation temperature, the automatic exhaust valve has been closed; when the device enters the normal operation condition, the condensate decreases, the liquid level drops, and the floating ball rises and falls with the liquid level to regulate the valve hole flow; when the condensate stops entering, the floating ball approaches the valve seat with the medium flow direction, and the valve is closed. The valve seat of the free float steam trap is always below the liquid level, forming a water seal without steam leakage.
